Hi,
memory is not only the filesize of the frm, but all data you need for histlists etc.
If you have a lot of “open” instances (services, …), you will run out of memory.
$detachedinstances may help you on that
Check that you close instances you no longer need
or at least that your CLEAR the hitlists after processing.
