Description:
Summary: dlminfo.sh version 9.0.2 does not produce HostID and UniqueID on RedHat 7 VMware Environment: +DLM: Version 9.0.2 +Operating System: Linux RedHat 7 +Database: DBMS independent Symptoms: dlminfo.sh (dlm version 9.0.2.220) installed on RedHat 7.0 on VMware only produces Hostname and IPAddress as SystemInformation; HostID, DiskSerial, SoftkeyID and UniqueID are <not defined>. Note that DLM 9.0.1 (delivered up to and including Uniface 9.6.07) does not support this platform. (dlminfo.sh 9.0.1 gives only HOST ID: unknown) RedHat 6.6 and dlm9.0.2.220 on vmware gives the values of <HostID> and <UniqueID> correctly.

There is no workaround for this problem

This problem is solved in DLM version 9.0.3.
