Issue 31095  —   Possible delayed startup Uniface when configuring more than one license managers

Description:

 Summary: Possible delayed startup of Uniface since Uniface 9.6.06 when more
 than license managers is configured.

 Environment:
 -Uniface: Uniface 9.6.06
 -Operating System: OS independent
 -Database: DBMS independent

 Symptoms:

 Possible delayed startup of Uniface since Uniface 9.6.06.

 From Uniface 9.6.06 onwards, it can happen that, when Uniface
 refers to more than one license manager:

 E.g.
  $LICENSE_OPTIONS=LM_LICENSE_FILE=7188@systema;7188@systemb;7188@systemc

 and one or more license managers are down, it takes at least 20 seconds, or
 more, to start Uniface.

 Also no warning or error message is given that the license manager is down.

Workaround:

 Remove all servers that are down from the LM_LICENSE_FILE list in the
 assignment file; this will remove the delay.
