Description:

 Summary:
 Storing a time value in an HTML widget on a Uniface DSP with the datatype Time
 fails when seconds are missing.

 Environment:
  +Uniface: Version 9.7
  +Operating System: OS independent
  +Database: DBMS independent

 Symptoms:
 In a DSP, an HTML widget with Time datatype cannot store the time if it has a
 missing 'seconds' value. The value specified in HH:MM:SS format can be stored,
 but HH:MM format cannot.

Workaround:

 There is no workaround for this problem.

Notes:

 Bug has been fixed for desired behavior.
