Issue 31101  —   WSDL import via https fails on Unix (http does not fail)

Description:

 Summary: WSDL import via https fails on Unix

 Environment:
  +Uniface: Version 9.x
  +Operating System: Unix platforms
  +Database: DBMS independent
  +Additional: SOP U2.0 connector
 --
 Symptoms:
 In Uniface 9, using SOP U2.0 a WSDL file cannot be imported via https: on Unix
 platforms.

 Example:
  The command:
    idf /sti /mwr=ws https://localhost:8443/example/services/sometest.wsdl
  shows error
    UWSImport::UWSImporter INFO:    cause: WSDLException:
                                           faultCode PARSER_ERROR,
    Problem parsing
    'https://localhost:8443/example/services/sometest.wsdl':Errors
      occurred, no output available.

  The same file can be imported successfully using http.

 NOTE - This works on Windwows platforms
        (AST 27957 was fixed in the past already).

Workaround:

 There is no known workaround for this problem.
