Issue 31176  —   $processinfo topic heapsize is returning incorrect value when memory heap >2GB

Status:   Solved in 10.2.01

Solution available in patch(es):      G104

Description:

 Summary:
The $processinfo topic heapsize is returning an incorrect value when the memory
heap of the current process is greater than 2GB.

 Environment:
 +Uniface: Version 9.x
 +Operating System: Windows & Unix
 +Database: DBMS independent

 Symptoms:
The $processinfo topic heapsize is returning an incorrect value when the memory
heap of the current process is greater than 2GB.

The value of heapsize can be negative (e.g. when memory heap >2GB & <4GB) or
too low (e.g. when memory >4GB & <6GB). The reason for this is that the return
value of the topic heapsize is a signed long value (range between -2147483647
 and +2147483647).

Workaround:

There is no workaround for this problem.
