Issue 31995  —   Selection in the IDE canvas is not always reflected in other parts of the editor

Status:   Planned for resolution in 10.4.01

Solution available in patch(es):      10.3.02.015

Description:

Summary: Selection in the IDE canvas is not always reflected in other parts of
 the editor.

 Environment:
 +Uniface Version : 10.3.01
 +Operating System : OS independent
 +Database : DBMS independent

 Reproduction scenario:
 1. Open the Define Frames worksheet of a Form or Report that has at least
    two fields.
 2. In the canvas, select one of the fields by clicking it.
Note that in the structure Tree (to the left of the canvas) the
same field is selected. Also, the Property Inspector (to the right
of the canvas) shows the properties of that field.
 3. In the structure tree (to the left of the canvas) select a different
    field.
Note that in the canvas the same field is selected. Also, the
Property Inspector (to the right of the canvas) shows the properties
    of that field.
 4. In the canvas, select the first field again by clicking it.

 Actual Result:
The structure tree still shows the second field as the selected one.
The Property Inspector still shows the properties of the second field.

 Expected Result:
The field that is shown as selected in the structure tree, is the same
field as the one that is selected in the canvas. Also, the Property
Inspector shows the properties of that field.

Workaround:

Click the field in the structure tree.
Alternatively, click a different field in the canvas and then click the
 original field again.
