Description
Add \"Mouse cursor\" property to TabEx widget . Add \"ToolTip\" propery to TabEx widget .
Use Case
We can give hand cursor,tooltip to command button, edit box, picture etc ... excepting tabEx widget . Ergonomically this is annoying.
